Our store is hosted and has been created through Squarespace, based in the US. Additionally, payments made through our online store are managed by either the payment service providers Stripe or PayPal. Collectively. they provide us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

The majority of the cookies used are related to those used by Squarespace to add functionality to our website. Both Stripe and PayPal may additionally use cookies in order to process payments securely and allow certain functionality on their websites. More details can be found using the links below.

These are cookies which are strictly necessary for our website to be able to operate or to provide you with a service on our website that you have requested. We use the following essential cookies on our website:

- first-party Squarespace persistent cookies for allowing the functionality of the online store. These cookies are: CART and hasCart, and both of these expire after 2 weeks.
- first-party Squarespace session cookies for allowing the functionality of the online store. This cookie is called Commerce-checkout-state and is related to orders which are placed on the website using PayPal as the payment option.
- First-party Squarespace persistent cookies for allowing the functionality of customer accounts. These cookies are: SiteUserInfo and SiteUserSecureAuthToken, and both of these expire after three years.

- third party Pinterest cookie which allows you to pin certain images on our website to your Pinterest account if you are logged into in. This cookie expires after 1 year.

Analytical (or performance) cookies

Analytical (or performance) cookies track and gather data about what a user does on a website. These cookies are not essential for our website or its functionality to work. We use the following analytical cookies on our website:

- first party Google Analytics cookies to us understand how you engage and interact with our website, including how you came to our website, which pages you visited, for how long and what you clicked on and your location (based on your IP address). The Google Analytics cookies used on our website are the _ga cookie which is a persistent type cookie and lasts for 2 years, the __utmz cookie which is a persistent cookie which lasts for 6 months, and the _gid cookie which is a session cookie. Information collected by Google Analytics cookies is aggregated and anonymised.
- first party Squarespace cookies used to carry out website usage analysis. It does not collect personally identifiable information and these are either session cookies such as ss_cvisit and ss_cvt, or in the case of ss_cidss_cpvisit and ss_cvr expire after 2 years.
- third party YouTube (owned by Google) cookies which collect information about the videos you watch on our website, including what you watch and where you view them. These cookies are called YSC and PREF which are both persistent cookies which expire after 8 months.

5. Other technologies

Web beacons

We and any marketing companies we use also embed web beacons in our marketing emails and on our website. Web beacons are small GIF image files which enable us to track your receipt of our marketing emails, how often you view our adverts or website pages, your location, IP address and browser information. Web beacons are activated whenever you open a marketing email or access a page on our website which contains a web beacon. Web beacons transmit data when you view them but are not capable of accessing any other information on your computer. Web beacons are not stored on your hard drive unless you download a GIF image containing them.
