At The Petcare Factory, we offer free delivery within the UK for most orders placed on our website. Delivery times typically range from 3 to 5 business days, although orders with addresses in Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and UK Islands may experience slightly longer delivery times. Some items may require custom manufacturing, resulting in longer shipping times. Once orders are handed over to our carrier, we cannot control any delays that may occur due to unforeseen external factors such as inclement weather.
We ship orders every business day from Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 1 pm will generally be shipped on the same day, with the exception of public holidays. Orders placed after the 1 pm cut-off will be dispatched on the following business day. We do not ship orders on weekends, so orders placed after 1 pm on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.

To ensure that orders are delivered to our customers as quickly as possible, we may utilise multiple fulfilment methods, including shipping directly from our warehouse or using one of our alternative fulfilment networks.
