This product is a broad-spectrum blend of natural enzymes and herbs to support your pet's digestive health and immune system while maximising the nutritional value of food. This is achieved by breaking down the fats, carbohydrates, fibres and other proteins our pets eat into smaller useful molecules which can be utilised by the body.

The product is designed to help reduce the workload on the pancreas and increases nutritional absorption, so can be used to support conditions such as exocrine pancreatic insufficiency (EPI), chronic pancreatitis, acid reflux, leaky gut, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), ulcerative colitis, diverticulitis, intestinal malabsorption, diarrhoea, steatorrhoea, and constipation.

We take great care when selecting our raw materials that these are of a high quality and also come from a sustainable source. This means that as well as producing an effective product it is also non-detrimental to the environment.

This product comes in a pack containing 120 chicken flavoured tablets and is suitable for both small and large dogs of any breed. The tablets can be eaten whole but can also be broken or crushed into a powder, if necessary, and mixed with your dog's food.

The tablets are packaged in a specially designed letterbox friendly, durable plastic container, which means your package will always be delivered securely and not left outdoors or undelivered. As the supplement is in tablet form there is no measuring or mess which is associated with liquids and powders.

The supplement is produced using human grade ingredients ensuring a high quality product for your dog's needs. The product is manufactured in the United Kingdom to comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO 9001:2008 quality standards. This ensures that the product is of the highest calibre and made within a quality controlled environment with any risks throughout the production process eliminated.

In general adverse reactions to this product are very rare but in such an event please discontinue use immediately and consult your vet.

If your dog is taking some form of medication, such as antibiotics, steroids, or NSAIDs, anything which could potentially harm the beneficial bacteria in the product, the recommendation is that you take care extra consideration around the time when using the probiotic. The favoured approach is that you give your dog the probiotic either a couple of hours before or after the administration of any medication, as this will ensure it does not affect the potency of the bacteria present.

There is conflicting evidence on when probiotics, in general, should be given to your dog in relation to mealtimes. When feeding your dog, the pH of the stomach is at its lowest, as hydrochloric acid is released to help digest the food taken. Most of the advice given is therefore centred around using the probiotics before or between meals, or last thing on a night. If you do need to use food to hide the tablets, then they can be disguised in treats or as part of a light meal. The product is designed to be eaten whole but can be broken up or crushed into a powder if necessary.

For all orders placed on our website, we send these out with free delivery within the UK. In most cases delivery should be between 3 to 5 days, however, for orders with addresses in Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and UK Islands delivery can take slightly longer. Once items are passed to the carrier, we cannot control any delays in their network due to unforeseen external factors, such as bad weather.

We ship orders every day from Monday through to Friday, and any orders placed before 1pm will generally be shipped on that day, unless this falls on a public holiday. Orders placed after the 1pm cut-off will be dispatched on the following working day. Please note that we don't ship items over the weekend, so orders placed after 1pm on Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday, will not be dispatched until the following Monday.

When orders are placed on our website we decide the best method of fulfilling the order so that it is delivered to you as soon as possible. This normally means that the order is shipped directly from our own warehouse, but we may decide in some cases to use one of our alternative fulfilment networks. For example, we sell many of our products through Amazon and store high levels of inventory in their UK fulfilment centres. Certain orders, placed on our website, may be shipped directly from one of these secondary sources, in order to prevent any delays in receiving your order. This may mean that the outer protective packaging, used for shipping, may have unexpected branding printed on it.
